The Human Energy Field explained
I have mentioned in my website about meridians & chakra's so thought it might be helpful if I explained in simple terms what these are and how they interact with each other.
It was scientifically proven by Albert Einstein that everything including the human body has its own energy system and is composed of energy, i.e. tiny vibrating molecules and particles. One of his lesser known quotes was “Nothing happens until something moves” in which he was trying to say that even when a human is stood still, if you look at him/her under a microscope you would see a mass of molecules moving and vibrating. The universe in turn is full of vibrating energy called the Universal Energy Field and we as humans receive and transmit our own energies using our own Human Energy Field. This field is made up of the following:-
Aura
The aura is a field of electro-magnetic energy, which inter-penetrates with and radiates out from the physical body. It is made up of different levels of energy vibrations or frequencies, which it receives from the Universal Energy Field.
The different frequencies in turn make up the physical, etheric, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of the human form. As a consequence of this link with the human body, the Aura holds a person’s mental, emotional and spiritual history.
Chakras
The word chakra is a Sanskrit word meaning “wheel” or “disk”. Chakras are vibrant, multi-dimensional clusters of energy that resonate within the centre of the physical body and reverberate outwards reaching the universal consciousness. Chakras operate like inter-connected self-opening valves that channel the “electric current” of the Universal Life Force from the Aura into the body. These energies are converted into chemical, hormonal and cellular changes within the physical body.
There are many chakras throughout the body, and many of these are linked to the body’s acupuncture points. However, it is usual to focus mainly on the seven “major” chakras that are situated from the perineum along the spinal column to the top of the head. These chakras are intensely powerful, each vibrating at different frequencies and relating to specific areas of our lives, emotionally, psychologically, physiologically and spiritually.
Energy Meridians
Energy Meridians are an internal energy pathway which allow the flow of life-force energy throughout the body. They energetically connect a person’s organs and sub-systems (digestive system, nervous system etc...) with the chakras ensuring a constant energy flow to and from the physical body.
Energy Therapy
The human energy system is constantly striving to be in a state of balance. However, stagnation and blockages can occur throughout our lives as a result of our own thoughts, experiences and beliefs. Over time, this dis-ease within our body, will lead to blockages which result in us having physical & emotional challenges.
Using EFT and tapping on where the meridian points are closest to the skin, creates an electrical impulse which travels through the body's energy meridians clearing the blockage that is creating the disturbance.
Using Life Guidance and a combination of Energy Therapy we can ensure that our bodies not only continue to function properly but we live the life we want, promoting a more positive outlook. This positive outlook helps our body to vibrate at a higher level and therefore we will attract higher energy to us, ensuring against further blockages and disturbances.
My ultimate wish is for everyone to follow a daily wellness plan, using Energy Therapy, following a balanced diet, exercising regularly and living a contented life through living their dream.
